By using Akora ("the Service") you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Akora provides AI-powered video analysis. You can upload video files and interact with an AI that can see, hear, and understand the content of your videos.

2. Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Akora
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account with others
• One account per person

3. Free trial and subscriptions

• New accounts receive 2 free video analyses
• After the free trial, a Pro subscription is required at €7.99/month or €63.99/year
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Akora to:

• Upload videos containing illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Upload content you do not have the right to share

5. Your content

You retain ownership of videos you upload. By uploading, you grant Akora a limited licence to process them through our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Intellectual property

Akora, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Akora. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Akora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analyses may contain errors. Do not rely solely on Akora's output for critical decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Akora after changes constitutes acceptance.
